LightBlue® is a versatile tool that allows seamless connection to various Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices. With its central mode, you can easily scan and connect to BLE devices in your surroundings. Once connected, you gain access to detailed profiles of the device, enabling you to read, write, and subscribe to notifications.

Switching to BLE peripheral mode is straightforward. Simply navigate to the "Virtual Devices" tab and create a virtual device by tapping on the "+" icon. LightBlue® provides full customization options for virtual peripheral profiles, allowing you to tailor services and characteristics according to your needs. Moreover, you have the option to clone any peripheral from central mode and save it as a virtual peripheral profile for future use.

LightBlue® is equipped with essential functionalities such as read, write, and notify support. Additionally, it provides real-time signal strength (RSSI) information, aiding in determining the proximity of the peripheral.

The app includes a log tab that records all significant BLE events encountered during usage. This comprehensive log can be easily shared for further analysis.
